Project Managers Opportunities:
Manage projects successfully through the five stages of the project
management life-cycle (PML): initiate, plan, execute, control,
and close; uphold the following responsibilities essential for
effective project execution: lead, manage, communicate, negotiate,
problem-solve, and support clientele during all phases of a project.
Program Managers
Opportunities: Provide a central interface into the Phase5 program
management resources and tools; facilitate the development of
standards and best practices in support of clients; assist in
tracking integrated project plans; develop metrics to measure
program effectiveness and quality control.
Software Engineers
Opportunities: Translate business requirements and use cases into
technical solutions; design and development of interfaces, business
objects, databases, and reports; unit testing and documentation;
among other duties.
